3. Eligibility
To use myexam.ng, you must:
Be at least 13 years of age
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Not have previously been suspended or removed from our platform
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Be a resident of Nigeria or have valid Nigerian educational interests
Warning: Users providing false information or impersonating others will have their accounts permanently suspended.
4. User Accounts

6. Payments and Fees

6.2 Pricing

7. Refund Policy

7.3 Refund Process

8. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Share your account credentials with others
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the platform
Attempt to hack, bypass, or circumvent security measures
Cheat during quizzes or contests (including using external help)
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or tutors
Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
Impersonate myexam.ng staff or other users
Resell access to your account or our services
Engage in money laundering through wallet system
Disrupt platform operations through DDoS or other attacks
Cheating Policy: Any user found cheating will have their account permanently banned and winnings forfeited.
9. User Content
9.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., forum posts, quiz answers). However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content.
9.2 Content Standards
User content must not be defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or infringe on others' rights.
9.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any content without notice for violating these terms.
9.4 Academic Integrity
By using our platform, you affirm that you will not share quiz/contest questions or answers with others.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Our Content
All platform content including questions, answers, graphics, logos, and software is owned by myexam.ng or our licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.
10.2 Limited License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal educational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

"myexam.ng", the myexam logo, and all related trademarks are our property.

12. Termination

Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
Quiz outcomes will predict actual exam performance
Content is accurate, complete, or current
Contest winnings are guaranteed (subject to participation)
myexam.ng is an exam preparation platform. Success in our quizzes does not guarantee success in actual examinations.
14. Limitations of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYEXAM.NG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Damages exceeding the amount paid to us in the past 12 months
Third-party conduct or content on our platform
Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold myexam.ng, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State, Nigeria.
